How to present bullet points list?

As the presenter how do you usually show bullet point list (if you have any in your presentation)?

As the audience how do like the bullet point list being presented for you?

1️⃣ You may show the list at once.
2️⃣ You may show one item at the time.
3️⃣ You may add one item at the time but keep previous ones.
4️⃣ Or perhaps you would like to keep previous but dim them.

You may use bold or use highlight to bring the focus to specific one.

Even if you switch to visual approach you may still consider all of the methods listed above.

While reading books and articles about presentation and learning I again found some incositency between authors.
Some authors suggest that you should reveal items as you speak. You may also show the main headlines and reveal the description as you speak. If you have group of subbullets you should probably reveal the whole group at the same time.
I have even found an article saying that there is no difference between those methods.

Check in the video how methods listed above could look like in the presentations.

Choose Sans-Serif fonts for your slides.

👉 When choosing font type for your presentation I would recommend Sans-Serif over Sans font type. Sans fonts are good for reading printed text. Sans-Serif fonts have higher legibility on digital screens. Which means that it would be easier for your audience to read the text on your slides and consequently this could reduce extraneous cognitive load for them. Less extraneous load, more space for comprehension and learning. hashtag # presentation hashtag # presentationdesign
